We are a software company that develops digital goods usually of strategic importance. Our customers want to use our products to stand out against the competition: we develop customised software solutions that give our customers a decisive competitive advantage. Software tailored to the people and the processes not the other way around.
Our customers appreciate our innovative drive and our wealth of ideas: every developer may spend a portion of his work time on research to develop new technologies and groundbreaking solutions for our customers.
Any staff member can submit a proposal for research, describing the project and detailing the benefit to our customers. Then, internal time budgets are provided.
At the same time, our internal research management ensures that new ideas are developed for our existing customers in accordance with current and future business requirements.
We develop these ideas and products internally. They are not available on the software market for third parties, but exclusively for our customers. In this way, our customers are always "ahead-of-the-art", equipped with the most modern and most efficient technologies.
We don't charge any licence fees for the use of our research results. Instead, we see these components as the foundation of our work: when developing customised, strategic software solutions, we don't have to "reinvent the wheel" each time, but rather can make use of a large number of existing, tried and tested components.
Each year, we invest about 15% of our turnover in research and personnel development.
