When Pedro got a short notice special request from one of our clients – the Go-Live was planned after only two weeks. A tough timeline. Completely different code base. Different standards.

Pedro and his team decided to take on this challenge: “We really give ownership and responsibility to the engineers. So when you get a topic you actually own the topic. We made the decision ourselves. Now we are responsible for making it work.”
