When Gonçalo joined one of our biggest projects as a Team Lead, he led the consolidation of over 30 cloud systems into one testing and a few production systems – reducing complexity and infrastructure costs significantly while making maintenance easier and increasing reliability.

To maximize impact, the team decided to fully migrate all systems in one move rather than a gradual rollout.
