Our Recruiting Team receives roughly 5.000 applications a year – only 1% are hired.

85% of our members are engineers. That is why our Recruiting Team mainly consists of engineers – from first CV scanning to interviews and the final decision they are involved in every step of our process – being responsible for hiring the right people.
