A day at sea with freiheit.com. It is a perfect day for a company trip to the beautiful island of Sylt, on this amazing, sunny summer’s day in the month of August, 2015. With plenty of chilled drinks and tasty food, we are spending a relaxed day, playing beach volleyball, trying ourselves at “Viking Chess”, and playing the guitar in the Western part of Kampen.

After a tour through freiheit.com laboratories, we are inviting all of our guests to a summer BBQ on our panoramic rooftop terrace, overlooking St. Pauli.
JS Unconf is a non-profit conference of the JavaScript community. In 2015, freiheit.com is one of the sponsors. Stefan Richter not only was a board member of HackFwd - a startup founded by Lars Hinrichs - but at the same time he also founded the startup project “TheDeadline”. The project made freiheit.com an early adopter of HTML5, Clojure, cloud-based NoSQL database, and smartphone clients with offline syncing. In 2010, at one of the HackFwd Build Conferences on Mallorca, Stefan explains the technical architecture of the system.
